Matchmaking on Apex

I am on PS4 and for the last 2 days the matchmaking has been super super slow. As I type I see that it shows only 8 players in queue and it's already been 10mins. 

Is anyone else having this issue ? How did you solve it ? 

I live in Toronto Canada
