Matchmaking issue

Hello!

There seems to be some kind of issue with the matchmaking, because when i matchmake for a game i constantly get placed on a US server instead of getting placed on an EU server.

Does this happen every time you try to join a Match?

Have you also tried using Server Browser as well?

Does this happen every time you try to join a Match? Very rarely i get placed on an EU server, but basically i get placed on a US server almost all of the time after the latest patch.

Have you also tried using Server Browser as well? Yes, I've tried it but a lot of the time all of the conquest EU servers that i see on the server browser are full, and have a queue of 5 or more.

That's odd.

I wonder if it's placing you in the next available Server, since the ones you said in Server Browser are full. But, there should be enough Servers where you should be able to get into EU servers instead of NA Servers.

Have you tried opening Ports to see if that would help?

I have the same issue using matchmaking and this just started after the 4.4 patch. Before the patch it happened once in like 10-20 times using matchmaking, that I would end up on a server with a +150ms ping, now it happens almost everytime.

One more important thing to notice is, that it is not only me with a high ping on that server, but everybody else. You can see that in the screenshot from @Scorpion9four as well. Pretty much everybody has a +100ms ping and that is very odd. There seems to be something going wrong.

Using the server browser this doesn´t happen, so there is a new problem with matchmaking. However, somthing seems to be wrong with the connection overall. As always using the server browser, I join servers that show with a 14ms ping for me. When I´m on the server, the ping is way higher at around 40-50ms. Furthermore, other players on the server talking about the same problem in chat as well. I´m going to make a parcticular for this problem as well, btu something seems so be wrong with the connection after the patch.

I have upnp enabled on my router so ports shouldn't be a problem and like @N4v1s pointed out after the latest patch this happens with a lot of people, every time when i got placed on an NA server i saw on the leaderboard that almost half of the server have high ping.
