Matchmaking Failed CAC Rivals

So I got to lvl by buying 10 dollars and speeding there cause Nod looked interesting to me, never played a CAC game b4 so that’s prob why. So I got to play 6 or so rounds of Nod but then it just said Matchmaking failed. I tried again and again but nothing worked. How do you fix this, I also posted this in the feedback in the AppStore. 

Things I’ve tried already

restarted phone 

made a new account

deleted app and reinstalled it
