Mastiff Boom Stick ( purchase issue no EA support help )

I have requested EA support for this three times but they refuse to actually help me or address my issue, I want to obtain the Mastiff Boom stick skin, but I cannot I purchased the core items last year and my bundle did not come with said shotgun is there any way I could purchase said item or obtain it from my previous years purchase so I don't miss out on getting it or at least be told rotation of items so I don't have to be worried I wont get a chance to purchase or get my fav Mastiff skin I have 10 hours left for a response immediate action would be nice instead of being blown off with responses such as "go check twitter" or "sorry we cannot help you" thank you much appreciated.
