Due to the malfunction you mentioned, I reset the modem to factory condition. And set by default. 

The yellow latency variacion still appears on the screen. However, the Low FPS icon also appears only occasionally. But it didn't turn red anymore. I don't detect FPS DROP either.
I tested HAMADA, CQ for 15 minutes. With ultra settings.

I think you can close the post.
