March Madness Content missing

Dear EA,

unfortunately, I cannot find the March Madness Rivals Pack in my NBA Live Mobile 18 Store. Therefore I have no chance to buy the packs with Vince Carter etc to upgrade them through the game. That is very disappointing, I always considered EA as the gold standard in Sports Gaming. Is there y chance that you can update my store or anything similar?
