Map of the Future - Sith Inquisitor won't complete

After completing the quest chain, the Map of the Future quest completion window popped up yet the Accept button is grayed out. I've followed several guides to deleting specific files and/or folders within the install directory... none have corrected the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only times i have recalled the accept button not lighting up is if there is a reward choice to be made ? it didnt light up until the choice was selected
