I need some help if EA support can manually relink my EA account to my Amazon account?
I've managed to claim but have not yet received the item from Prime Loot Gaming. The confusing part is EA is linked to a CLOSED Amazon account and not my current. So did I l claim my loot through a CLOSED Amazon account or current since my current says it's linked to EA. Unlinking Amazon account from EA is such a hassle to wait for 6 months. Let alone it's connected to a dead/closed account.
I've contacted a live chat through Amazon to help fix and on the given screenshot is what they told me. Hopefully EA support can help relink, thanks!
