Main story character wont talk

I just reached chapter 3 of the  sith warrior storyline but everytime I try to talk to the  emperor hands on the holo they just stand there just blinking how do I fix this

@Rantboy4 Could you submit an in-game ticket or send an email to support@swtor.com with your character name, server, and account name? Our in-game guys should be able to pick it up and help you out.
