How to get hold of us

Don’t have access to the email address on your account? Our Advisors will try to help recover your account when you contact us.

1. Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select Origin.
3. Choose any platform.
4. Select Manage my account for the Topic and Can’t log in for the Issue.
   • If you picked Origin, tell us if you’re accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
5. Click Select contact option.
6. Tell us your name and your email address, then click Next.
7. If you know the email on your account, you can put that in here. If you don’t, just use your current email.

Once you do, you'll get the option to speak with one of our Advisors who will do what they can to get you back into your account.

@proxos666 Everything seems to be okay until i select contact option. It doesn't tell where to put my name and my email adress. Only the same options Chat (which i already tried) and Get a Call (which i can't do since, i'm from Chile)

you can update your swtor email and ea account from here https://account.swtor.com/user/info without security ea question or anything just confirm link from the new email inbox

@proxos666 Well, i going to start with the good news.

EA succesfully changed my mail of my Origin account to one that i'm using currently.

And now, the bad news. My SWTOR account is still linked to my dead mail, and i found out that neither one are linked.

What is the swtor username will see if can ascertain at minimum if there is a EA account linked other then the one you have now.
