Made purchase from CM and then...

Made purchase from CM (Sith pureblood specie) and then claimed it, logged off, deleted character  and checked, if I have it unlocked, i did not, so I googled, If there is something i must do, to unlock it. Turns out, i Need to activate it in my inventory and since I deleted my character, where I had Sith pureblood unlockable, I cant no longer enable it. Any suggestions? Thanks for answer

Send an email to support@swtor.com and request that character to be restored so you can claim the sith unlock as you didn't realize it needed to be activated from the inventory prior to deleting the character
