You can request a refund directly from the app store but it has to be less than 48 hours since you made the purchase.

If it's been more than 48 hours since you made your purchase, you will need to contact an EA advisor. You can read here how to contact an advisor.

Please remember to have your player-ID and  valid proof of purchase ready as the advisor will need them both.
