Madden brightness issue

Every time I close out of madden my screens brightness is super high and lighting is off the charts. Only way to fix it is to shut down my pc. Then while shutting down my pc makes this beeping sound until it shuts off.(not normal. The beep must be bad)

Assuming you are on Windows 10, does the same happen if you disable HDR in Windows?

Does the same happen if you play in Windowed mode? This can be changed via the in-game settings.

Window mode made no difference and hdr was already off. Turning on made no difference. Is there anything else I can try? I even uninstalled and reinstalled. No changes.
