Please fix this, It says my account is invalid and im not online, yet im talking to someone and every other game logs on. there is a serious issue with your servers.. 3 days now I cant play.

I’ve done both and still no help case  number after case I keep going in circles telling me the same thing and that I need a specialist. I provided my email my gamer tag I can’t access my EA access which I pay monthly for this is the worst service and the worst help I received I’m still not able to play after a week and a half

I've been on twitter and have made three cases which have gotten deleted, and not worked on whatsoever. It's been almost a week now. I just want to be able to contact someone to get this problem sloved.
