Madden Points Disappeared

Hey, Madden Community.
If you purchased Madden Points in Madden NFL 21 for PlayStation or Xbox and they are suddenly missing we have more information below on this.
It is possible two Gamertags or PSN ID's on one EA account can result in having a shared point balance, meaning if you purchased points under one Gamertag/PSN ID the points will also mirror over to your other Gamertag/PSN ID under the same EA account. The points are not duplicated, but shared across both. If you use the points on one Gamertag/PSN ID it will subtract the points on your other account.
We are seeing a smaller amount of players that might be affected by this that play on multiple Gamertags/PSN IDs or people within the household using the same console.
How do I check to see if I have two Gamertags/PSN ID's under one EA account?
- Sign into Help.EA.com and select Accounts at the top>Select Change Email Address. This should direct you to your account's profile page. Scroll down to Connected Accounts. This is where you will see your Gamertag and/or PSN ID linked to your account.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* If you un-link a Gamertag or PSN ID from the EA account, all data will be lost. That includes progression, items, etc. More information on persona transfers can be found here.
