Madden 23 white screen error ps5

Yea so every time try to login on Madden on my ps5 now I get a error code and white screen. restarted my console multiple times and even reinstalled the entire game :/

This sounds like an issue we were seeing earlier this week, which should be fixed now. 

Are you still seeing the same thing when you're trying to log in?

I'm having the exact same issue. I've tried everything including rebooting router, clearing cache, reinstalling game, using wired connection and wifi. Still nothing.

Same issue here, it's doing it to me on Madden 23 and now Fifa 23. I haven't had an EA game in a while but this isn't a great welcome back to the franchise. Restarting, reinstalling, and rebooting routers do nothing while my friends are able to play still. Advisor wasn't helpful either, just kept taking me back to threads like this.

you just have to sign into ea with your console account on a browser with your phone or pc and it will prompt you to accept terms then once you do that you can sign in no problem

Same thing happening to me but on the PS4. Wondering if EA did an update that is messing with the loading file.

Just bought the game and im having the same issue. This is insane.

I can't even hit the login button on EA to log in with Playstation. My account isn't linked. I've been at this for three days.

@GravyBoatN i haven't purchased a Madden game since 2008 and now i know why.i regret buying Madden 23 now.
