I Have the same issue, Did everything, hard restart PS4, modem, etc, customer service said there is nothing they can do....

I tried your solution but I don't have an option to revoke access... which doesn't make much sense.

I do apologize it doesn't work for yall. Again, this is a fix that worked for me. If you want to, these are other steps i took, you can try at your own risk:
1. Completely power cycle your system and unplug power brick/plug

2. Reset router for 1 minute and turn back on

3. Clear Alternative Mac address

If you're on xbox, these steps shouldn't have any impact on your system. If you're on other platforms, i don't know how it will effect it.

If these don't work, I may recommend contacting EA themselves and see if there's anything wrong with your account that could be effecting this.
