Madden 21 Server cannot process request

I keep getting " our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." I have already tried power cycling and reinstall the game. It only happens for Ultimate Team. My friends are able to play.

I found a solution Try these steps, it worked for me.

1. Log in to your EA account on PC or Mac.


2. Go to settings and deny the access to your Xbox one account. No worries, nothing will erase



3. When you open the ea play app on the console, it will ask you if you want to link again your account. Click “yes”



4. Should be able to access the main menu

5. After you access the menu, close out and open Madden 21, then try launching Ultimate team

Same problem here it won't let me play any solos on ultimate team smh  it's been like this all day

I dont have EA access and followed the steps as much as I can but still not working. Ideas? I had EA access from my friend via game share and he cancelled it but I can still play EA games I don't own.

@uN_Parsley unlinking the account and relink the account. Then try launching madden.
