Can you elaborate on how it is you release them? I just updated and it still is not working for me. I practically gave up on the game but when I came here to check the thread it apparently works for others, but not myself.

@Chaleerage Go to foster ad th8 game launches and u hit a button then go to the team your 99 overall players are on then release for example the Texans Brian anger deshaun Watson and will fuller etc until there are only real players because you can't release them do to minimum players required at 1 position

Again there's really no reason for this to be their top priority... I understand that they're looking into it and I'm grateful they've even acknowledged it.

@JasonWeb54 U can fix it yourself just release all the base players it will let you after u finished making your roster

You mean on the team you have created players on? I created all 53 players on the Browns so there's nobody left to release

Nearly the same bug. Mahomes contract causes the chiefs to completly bug

Summarize your bug [Offline Franchise Mode] This bug is basically stopping me from playing a single game. I created a custom roster for franchise mode (this is the only thing I do on Madden), and if I attempt to play any single game the game crashes during the loading screen. Even if I try to change the uniforms for the upcoming game, the game crashes. I need this fixed ASAP. Madden20 Franchise Mode is the only reason I purchased Origin Premier.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a custom roster (took me literally 2 hours), start any type of franchise mode, try to play a game
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes to Desktop
What do you expect to see? Game crashing to Desktop
