Madden 20 PC Controller Issues

same issue generic controller all messed up, can't really do anything but go back and forward A is right tab , back is several buttons, up is down and down is up???

I am having same issue as folks above. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone with tech support where I reinstalled the game, origin, controller drivers, repairing the game, all to no avail. Game is unplayable, and this needs to fixed soon.

Is there by now a proper solution. Just bought the game some hours ago and browsing the internet for help.

Did not find one, even with xBox Controller emulator x360ce it does not work. Buttons and Sticks are absolute messed up.

My system is up to date as I was told scanning for updates and patches.

Just bought the game last night and I am having the same issue.  I saw a video about someone using STEAM to overlay the game and they were able to get their Control to work that way but it did not work for me.

I was able to get both a generic controller to work and an XBOX 360 to work using this video and STEAM.  Hope it helps anyone else having issues

I'm now having the same exact issue in Madden 21. Seriously EA..... please fix this!
