I am now on my second madden due to the one I had downloaded on my old Xbox account having issues. Every time I tried to draft a play a friend team, it says “our servers can not process your request at this time please try again later”. This is now happening again on my second madden and second account. If anyone can help me please let me know.

If you're still having some trouble with this try the steps below:

1. Unplug the modem/router power for about 5 minutes

2. Power cycle the console: http://bit.ly/XB1_PowerCycle

3. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

4. Delete the Gamertag from your console and re-add it. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

If it's still not working please let me know more specific details like the exact game mode (online/offline franchise) and what your NAT type is on your Xbox One Network Settings.
