Madden 19 crash on launch

Madden 19 crashes on startup on this pc.

i7-6700k 

GTX-1070

16GB RAM

2 SSDs

it loads on my home machine which has a 8700k and 1080ti.

My drivers are up to date, I've cleaned my registry disabled AV, reinstalled windows. My hardware is up to date, this is an EA issue please fix this.

It is possible there is some pre-loaded software from your hardware manufacturer causing an issue.

Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

If the issue persists after that, please post your Dxdiag report here so we can take a look.

I´m realy frustrated about that Game. When playing SOLO-Battles an i´m ahead 2-3 TD´s the Picture freezes and a second later i´m back on my Desktop. I´m not able to get within the Top100 with on DNF. Even Elite is not makeable due to the freezes every 1-2 games.

Even more frustrating is when this * happens in the last 2 Sec. of the game. My PC is actually realy good (I5 and GTX1ß7ß Ti).

Hope 2k will make a footbal game in the future.

Maybe anybode can give some advises.

Seriously I've seen maybe 30 threads here and many on reddit about the crashing to desktop with no updates from EA staff. I contacted EA support and they told me I can't have a refund and they can't fix my game. Is this how you treat customers? This is clearly a server side issue and needs to be addressed in an update.
