Madden 19, Im stuck at the stuck at the user agreement screen

Hey guys!. So what I did was I remove the psn gamertag through the settings and added it back. And that should work. It worked for me.

Edit, I however can't to anything associated with online play or a thing that requires me to sign in as it does it every time

So has anyone figured this out? The disconnect from the internet does work but the internet does not work at all.  So I can not get updated rosters.  When I try and download them goes right back into Gray freeze screen and I disconnect internet and it unfreezes. EA was useless on the phone. Erased and redownloaded, erased stored madden data, set up and tried a different profile.  Nothing works. So done. Basically EA has committed robbery on everyone that made the very bad choice of buying this game.

Same problem, looks like my controller mouse and also the keyboard is not working ingame.

Hey guys,

good news from my side. I fixed the issue.

Or the problem was my connected trustmaster joystick. After i disconnecd my USB Trustermaster Joystick and Hotas stick Madden works fine. 

It is now possible to click something in the game and scroll the agreements.
