While your guys screens are grayed out, go into your systems network settings and turn off your internet connection. It should automatically skip the loading screens. Once you actually get into the game you can turn your internet back on and you should be good to go. I just did it and i'm playing ultimate team now with no problems

this worked for me. I pulled internet cable from system after it went gray screen. then it gave me some error message that I needed to be connected to network to access certain features. but I was able to get passed the dreaded user agreement screen. once you plug back in and connect to internet you can do user agreement there and it didnt freeze

Disabling the Network Connecvitity on the PS4 does work!
Had the issue last night, disabled the network connection, got past the greyed screen and User Agreement without any further issue.
I think this will be the steps to play until EA release a fix.

We shouldn't have to do that just to play the game. I mean seriously...EA shouldve had this fixed immediately...I mean after buying the game you would think this would be the last problem...I Mean Realllllyyyyy ?????!!!!!

This was the first game I bought after finally buying a PS4. I’m having he exact same issue Really hope they fix this issue
