My Madden 19 freeze when I play MUT

Challenges just keep freezing and restarting my game. I have the downloader hall of fame edition from the Microsoft store so no disc

What platforms are you both on? If you're on Xbox can try restarting the system by holding the front button until it beeps and shuts down, then check again.

Hi ea David every time I play a challenge it’s freezing and kicking me off the game and it’s starting to get annoying please help

I'm also having this issue, I've uninstalled the game, reset until the xbox is completely off. I can access the Auction/Trade/Sets all other portions of the mode I just cannot complete a game.

After trying some other stuff, I shut down my Xbox at the console and then let it sit for about 15 minutes. The sound effects and music came back along with game play.

I tried restarting my Xbox but that didn't fix the problem. What else can I do to fix it
