Game Mode: Offline Franchise / Cloud Franchise
Issue: Franchise repeatedly disconnects from the EA servers
Troubleshooting done:
- closed and restarted M19
- restarted Xbox One
- restarted internet
- Xbox One hard reset
- M19 uninstalled, reinstalled
For the last three days my cloud franchise group has been unable to complete our games because we are continuously getting disconnected from the EA servers.
The issue has been replicated very simply by logging into Franchise and doing nearly anything. At maximum, I’ve been able to keep the franchise running for 7 minutes before being booted. M19 will then allow me back into Franchise after 2-3 minutes, only to be disconnected once more.
MUT is not having the disconnect issue. Nor is Longshot, out of franchise practice, or exhibition.
The issue is not specific to me, but our entire league. I can also confirm it isn’t just the Cloud Franchise my group runs, as the issue is persistent in offline franchise saves as well.
