MUT Bundle disappeared after opening

I cannot believe this is what I have been told is my last resort. I bought the $50 Gridiron Bundle Pack on 8/23/2018 and I opened all the packs which included 11 Gridiron Packs and 1 Legend Fantasy Pack for a bundle topper. After opening all of my packs I went to make the legend player my starter and I could not find him in my binder. I contacted support immediately and was told I needed to wait 24 hours before contacting as it could be a syncing issue. I went out of town that weekend and called support again. I was assured that this issue was going to be lifted up and I should have a response in about 3-5 days. A week later I called and was told my case was never lifted up. The man helping me said he could see that I only received 8 of my packs, even though there are supposed to be 12. After ANOTHER WEEK I get an email that essentially says "We are sorry you THINK you did not receive your packs" with an accounting of one of the packs I opened. Contact support AGAIN and am told this time it could be a syncing issue. This time I spend 45 minutes going through the very detailed list of ways to restart and resync my xbox. Shocker.... nothing is fixed. I call support the next day hoping to get this fixed, support lady tells me what the one before told me that she can see that I only that I received 8 packs in that bundle, so we dispute the claim. I get an email back Saturday night saying "we are sorry you think you did not get your packs" AGAIN with an accounting of three more packs that I received. So after all of this review I have received 8 of 12 packs apparently with an accounting of 4 from "experts" and "specialists" and in the mean time the legend player that started all this was never accounted for.

Which brings us to today, today I am told this is my only shot at being made whole. I call support wanting this fixed and I get told sorry there is nothing we can do, the only thing you can do is post to the EA forums and maybe you will get a response from the devs.

Has anyone else had this issue? I do not want special treatment I just want what I paid for. I am not asking for my money back or something extra. At the very least all I want is my legend fantasy pack, I cannot believe a company as big as EA can only give me an answer of "Nothing we can do about that" I legitimately feel ripped off.
