MOUSE CURSOR WHEITHER VISIBLE OR NEVER VISIBLE

My mouse cursor is wheither ALWAYS visible or NEVER. If ALWAYS VISIBLE, I can not rotate my character around 360° x bcs my mouse cursor is blocking it, OR when its never visible, I can not navigate in the menu BECAUSE ITS NEVER VISIBLE.!!!!!

Guys are you testing your stuff before uploading it to your multiple million users???!!?!?!?!?!?

Same, cursor is stuck in middle of screen, try to move and it flickers back to middle...
