Yep. Bought Premiere two days ago with hopes of playing Firestorm and have been out of luck to this point in time. You're actually the first people I've seen on any media outlet who is having the same issues as myself.

Been in contact with EA support twice now. First time they said that I should wait a few hours and try again and then IT WILL WORK! Well it didn't. Contacted support again today and they basically just said that they aware of the problem and trying to fix it but didn't give any timeframe so for all I know it could take weeks. Frustrating.

Be patient. They probably just fired everyone who was capable of fixing the issue :kappa:
