MISSING ONLINE ACCESS

Am just getting this a few days ago no idea when it started but happening MEA all bf games I have. Is there a known fix?

Working now had to get them to refresh the game key or something alike

This might be due being invited for 7 day basic ea pass to play bf5? Oh, edit this happening all games need online just didn't know what to put it under.

Also, if you are playing on Xbox, do you have DX12 enabled or disabled? If you have it enabled, try disabling it.

Playing on pc Bf1 dx11 bf4 dx11 and Mass Effect Andromeda dx11 Mass Effect Andromeda needs servers so I can do strike team stuff. I've just done all troubleshooting

Last time I played a bf other than trying 5 was bf1 and 4 was on  August 15th and July 15th before checking them a few days ago. update bf4 now work as well as 1 now MGE only one not working still.

How did you get them to give you a new game key? I downloaded BF5 using the origin premier pass and I have this issue. EA customer support only told me that they know of the issue with no known time frame of when it will be fixed.

I contacted ea support for the exact same reason and got the same exact response really disappointing
