MG42 Won’t Unlock

I just reached level 20 for the support class and the mg-42 won’t unlock for me. What can I do? My PSN is rogue_knight328.

I just reached level 20 today and had the same problem with not being able to unlock the MG42. I restarted the game and checked the armory and still nothing. Very frustrating. My EA account is TYCASTALDO111 please fix this EA
