Today I've noticed that I own the Loyalty Offer version of the game. I've got no Idea how or when I got it, since I only bought the standard edition in 2018 and also the Deluxe Edition...

Apparently this version should give me 500 boins, but I didn't get them.

@lol123_SVK Hi, this is something an EA support agent might be able to assist you with: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ unfortunately at this forum we can't give currency or refunds. I think it is the deluxe edition what is now called loyalty edition... Bought it as preorder..BF currency did not even exist by then ....

That could be it, but I still have the Deluxe Edition in my library, tho. I also bought the deluxe edition when boins were in the game. (see screenshots)

I had a live chat with an EA support agent and he told me to post it as a bug somewhere on their site, but I don't know how, nor where. So I tried to post it here.

@lol123_SVK Then you are at the right place. Although this site still can't give you currency.. But indeed one of the places developers receive community feedback for bug fixing.

For missing Boins EA support are the only one that can help you out on this.

Hey @lol123_SVK  Thanks for the case I had look and see what happen and will send that feedback on to the teams. 

In the mean time can you contact EA support again they should help you out on the missing Boins.
