I am not sure if thats a technical issue or a bug, but my problem is that, lowering the model's texture details has no in-game effects, even when I set then to low, they look as if they were set to high, I already reinstalled and repaired the game, yet none of that worked.

Ahh okay if thats the case just navigate to your graphic settings and adjust the anisotropic filtering settings.

Hai,
This seems to be a issue where the settings in your nvidia control panel are overiding the in game options.
To resolve this you open Nvidia control panel and navigate to the 3D settings for individual programs.
Now locate or add the Apex legends game, then find your anisotropic filtering setting and set it to application controlled.
You can browse through these settings to further improve your framerate if needed.
Once done apply settings and try out the game.
