Lower Frames (Frame Drops) In Certain Areas Please Fix

Hello i'm reporting a issue with frames certain areas cause me to get 40 frames to 20 frames in water treatment and thunderdome and skull town keep in mind i have never had an issue with frames ever since season 2 came out this has been happening my frames goes up and down drastically which is not normal i tried everything i put all my settings on low never made a difference please fix if this is on your end please there is nothing more frustrating then technical issues with the game especially when your in a fight and the game isn't optimized please do something about it
