Low performance after Windows/nVidia update

Hi,

Since about a month or two I am experiencing low performance in SW:BF2. I used to get 90-110 FPS in 4k, now its 60 tops (some maps like Felucia I would get 40-50 instead of 80-90). I think there might have been an nVidia driver update or a Windows update that caused this. All other games run exactly the same (even Battlefield 5 running the same Frostbite is good), it's just this one game. I tried reinstalling my graphics drivers, rolling them back to the previous version, disabling nvidia/origin layer, I even reinstalled my game, to no avail. It actually happened once before, I believe right after Anniversary or Felucia update in 2019/2020, I also experienced similar stutters.

Here is my config:

Ryzen 3600x@4.1GHz

32GB Corsair Ballistix 3000MHz CL!5

Gainward RTX 2080 ti GS,

m.2 SSD 1TB

@hajator Are you playing on Dx 12 or 11?

Dx11, dx12 Has been unplayable for a year (50-80% performance drop vs dx11).

@hajator just to be sure you are still having Low performance with using DX11?

@hajator im also getting fps drops on Heroes vs Villains whenever theres a lot of animations or effects going on, the fps drops very badly.
