Low Ping but still rubberbanding from 8-10

For me, I get an enormous amount of lag from 8:00 central to 10:00 central... every single day, during these times.
If I am on in the afternoon (say 1:00) everything is smooth and great, however at 8-10 I am rubber banding all over the place.

I already have ported the following for my PC:

TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

that solved nothing. BF1 works fine when less players are on the network.

according to speedtest.net everything looks fine for me, my ping is low and my up/down speeds are 80+

Yup, my ping hovers around 45.  Ive tried it all and nothing fixes this BS rubber banding and lag. It was great for a day or two, now its sh*t from morning till night.  A waste of time and $$........

I'm having the same problem. Maybe this has something to do with port-forwarding or NAT type?

Same here. I have played the game since beta until now, and I never had any kind of problem.

Now, since 2 days ago, I can't play anymore because of the rubber banding.

It's annoying me. Please, anyone from EA could help us here?
