Low GPU useage

Hi, every time I play the game my GPU refuses to go over 40-50% use, even at high settings. My frames are around 9-18 and it's just a mess. Trying to play at 1080p

CPU - Ryzen 2600

GPU - 1060 6gb

RAM 16gn 3200hz

Installed on an SSD

Hey, @TheFirstBoi  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with HEAT and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
