Low FPS out of nowhere

I would get 80 fps in Apex Legends on all high settings. One day the graphics got much worse, and the fps dropped to 30 for no reason. I haven't changed any settings this just happened randomly. I've reinstalled the drivers for my graphics card, and whenever I do this fps goes up to 80 again with good graphics, but after launching the game a second time my graphics goes back down to 30 fps. I don't want to constantly reinstall drivers to get good fps.
