Enter RAM memory size in GB 16GB

Have 1080ti and 7700k, before update had 110+ fps on 1440p ultra, after update dropped down to 50-60 fps on same settings.  Tried repairing game and restarted.   Latest Nvidia driver is installed.   I have a 144hz screen, settings are set to 144hz in windows and in game.  Everything was fine yesterday

@CanIHaveTheRest Have you tried disabling Origin in game? Are you using DX11 or 12? When this occurs are you using Discord?
