Please check how the game works if you run a clean boot on your PC: https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Also, download and install MSI Afterburner and see your CPU and GPU usage:

Have a nice day! I have issues with my FPS... unfortunately.
FPS is about 40 to 60. 60 FPS is the best value I get when it is very quiet. But in combat, or in places where there is a lot going on, the FPS often drops to 30-40, or sometimes even less.
So this is my setup
~ Intel Core i5 6500 @ 3.20GHz, 3192 MHz, 4 Cores
~ Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB RAM
~ 8 GB RAM
~ Microsoft Windows 10 Home x64, running latest build as of October 2018 (1809)
~ Nvida Graphics Driver up to date as of 29. Nov 2018
~ nothing modified
My Ingame settings
As you can see on screenshots, almost everything is set to LOW and OFF.
Questions
I know my setup is not the best, but I see others playing with almost same setup on 60-80 fps on youtube. What is causing the low fps in your opinion? Is it my CPU, RAM or graphics ccard? If I want to upgrade, which one needs it most? What can I do to improve FPS meanwhile im looking for new hardware?
Your biggest issue is that your CPU is below the minimum required specs to run BF5 and BF5 is a hugely CPU intensive game - especially in multiplayer. You can see how your CPU stacks up to the minimum required CPU here: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-6600K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6500
