Low FPS, Maybe Due to Bottleneck Issue, Please Help.

Specs: 16GB RAM, GTX 1050, Core i5 7500.

Specs are above the minimum requirements but only getting 55 fps with major lag spikes during games. I have set all video settings to low and have dx12 off. I have also made sure my resolution matches my monitors. 

I think the issue may be GPU bottleneck but I'm not too familiar with what that term exactly means. I have provided a screenshot of my GPU usage at the moment.

If this is the issue can sombody explain how to fix it, please?

Exit any additional software or programs which may be using resources in the background - i.e. razor synapse, Google... make sure you are only running BF5.exe and then if you still have issues, perhaps a look at a better CPU..?
