Lost rancor raid damage

My guild had a rancor raid tonight. When it was time for our scores to post, several of them solo runs. We all had a connection error. Some people posted a zero, some did not. As raiding is a huge part of our gear, credits, and currency, we woild like to have our raid tickets back. Please.

Our guild had the same thing happen, we have 11 accounts that solo'd the rancor, but got a restart and missed the entire thing.
