Lost progression apex

So for the past couple months I’ve been trying to get my all my apex items back I’ve been playing since drop and I’ve lost everything and been rest to level 1

Gotcha, if you remember an attached gamertag, our support team should be able to locate the account if you contact them with the link in my previous post.

You'll just need to verify some other information before they can make any changes if you don't have access to the registered email.

Hey @KingSauce97,

Is there another email or account you may have used in the past?

Progress is stored on the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.

It looks like the account you're posting from was just created towards the end of last year, so if you've been playing since the start that progress would be on a different EA Account.

You can reach out to support to try and locate or verify an older account if you have any other details about the account that could help locate it.

We would need some details to try and help find the account, however. You can also just try logging into the EA Account website here with any other emails you've used in the past to see which one has the correct platform linked.

Just the gamertag is Zurkxzy and it would have been on there since apex released I’m just not sure which email I used then

I also have the problem . 
I linked my apex to my steam account in 2023 ,
and played it for a while . since the computer couldn't handle apex anymore , i uninstalled . 
yesterday , i  log in to my steam account and i played some apex on steam , my account is drop all the way back to level 8.
so i reinstall it on ea , and played it on EA . 
they said failed to sync cloud game something and load into game with lvl 8 . 
I  been playing apex in that account since the release of apex . 
can i get my progress back ?? 

in apex tracker my account have full progress .  
gamer tag should be::  cocacola_mocha 
I linked into 2 image as well .

@cocacola_Mocha, same thing just happened to me :/ , no luck so far on solving the issue, almost through the 5 stages of grief at this point though
