Lost progress

Lost progress? Not true. Something started a new team for me. I was pissed. I went to settings and logged out of all accounts. I logged back in and there was my old team. Now I just have to figure out how to delete new one. Hope this helps.

Hey @njkx3sb0399c, thanks for reaching out. So it sounds like one day you logged in and your account was a different account but upon logging back in you got your existing account to appear again? Is that correct? The "new" account shouldn't appear if you're logged into your existing account through email, Facebook, Google Play Games or iOS Game Center. Can I get your Persona ID, found in Settings > About and investigate this a little further? Thanks!
