Lost my mythic materials

I was opening a back during all this lagging and crashing in apex and I got lucky enough to get mythic crafting materials but then it crashed me out of the game before the pack was done with its animation and I logged back in and all of its gone so now I can't make an heirloom, please, please, please, give me it back or something because it's almost impossible to ever get mythic materials...

The contents of a pack are added to your account upon opening the pack, if the game crashes mid-animation it will not have any effect on you receiving the content.

You could've mistaken the contents of your pack for something else, though I wouldn't be able to see what you've unpacked. (Though someone from EA might be able to pop in here and tell you if you can't find it)

Yup, the moment you open the pack the content is added to your account.
In the animation there is a red flash, you could of mistaken it for the shards.
