Lost my NBA Live Mobile Account

My account name is NBA_FAMOUS. I’ve been playing this game sinnce well back in season one. 2 days ago I hopped on my game which I had linked to my two phones, Facebook, and GameCenter. I don’t know what happen to it, it just disappeared. I have tried everything and need help from a developer or admin or something. I spent hours on this game and really enjoyed playing it. I have all information to linked accounts before it was missing. Are you guys able to check the date and info from the accounts to verify it’s mine. I don’t know if I have been hacked or whatever, but I want it back as soon as possible and getting ready for the next season with season tickets. Can we bring these hackers to justice if was one. Multiple people I know have been hacked and I had 4 sources unlinked. Thank your for your time.

Provide them with your UserID and explain what happened with your account. They will be able to assist you with this problem.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your account. When our mobile games are played on guest mode, the data is saved locally to the device and does not transfer across to another device. In the event the game is uninstalled from the device, progress will be lost. It's encouraged to sync up your progress to the cloud by signing in with Apple or Google.
