Lost/missing Battlepacks

This happend to me with my superior battlepack. i had saved op for it just for it to bug out... One day Martini Henry, i will get that The Massoko Legendary skin for you.. One day...

I got this error today (Sunday, 5 March 2017) around 17:30 CET to 18:30 CET

Same here I lost a couple of battlepacks and I also scarp stuff and doesn't give me the coins

I lost my battlepack 3x and has not come back. I even took a picture of the super rare tank skin I was suppose to receive and it not there. Also, by son purchased a superior ultimate revision and all our points cleared but we never got the pack?

happened to me also, got the super rare skin for the light tank, the game exited out of the reward screen, causing me to lose my skin.

That was a bug after the UI update yesterday, just restart the game or play a few rounds, everything will be normal again
