Lost level 50 Legendary loot pack

I happened today 7/26/19 at about 3:35pm - 3:50pm. I opened the pack, not realizing I was loading into a game. The animation stopped due to loading in a lobby. After the match I checked my inventory think it would be they're, but I didn't receive any legendary items. I had a legendary pack and a rare pack. The rare pack I opened after my match. So, am I to just take the lost, or what?

If you get thrown into a game or crash during a loot animation sequence, you'll still get the items, they will just be sent to your inventory and you won't really know what you got unless you've been actively removing the red dots on on the Legends that indicate a new item. When we've seen reports like this where someone is not noticing any Legendary items, it usually turns out to be Legendary crafting materials that were added to their total amount.
