Lost everything

Playing Sims mobile on my android for years.

Game was connected to Google play and ea games. Game wouldn't launch. Would just get to loading screen then nothing. Decided to un-install the game. Immediately re-installed the game. Game was restored to very beginning of my game play from years ago. I lost everything. How do I retrieve everything I've bought and built?
