Lost everything in Need for Speed unbound online

Please help I lost everything online On need for speed Unbound. I was around level 80+ with about $1 million and 13-18 cars. This is the second time it has done this to me it reset me back at level 10 please help I worked very hard I do not have a video clip as one of the EA agents told me to restart my PS five and delete the game multiple times to try to resolve the issue I have trophies on my account proving my progress please get back to me as soon as possible
